We had the pleasure of working with Andrew Rukavina from Savvy Group Constructions on our recent renovation. The entire process was a pleasurable and successful experience end to end and is testament to his attention to detail, quality of workmanship and level of customer management and conduct.
Andrews quotation process was by far the most comprehensive and ethical – clearly highlighting all costs and with a clear and open discussion regarding any possible variations that may occur during the process – such as damp proofing and underpinning (there were no unexpected variations as a result – testament to the detailed planning undertaken)
Our build (a knockdown and rebuild) was completed above specification, within budget and on time.
Andrew and team were in constant communication regarding all matters of the build from beginning to end, offering advice on both build and design whilst notifying us of any requirements in good time.
The building site was incredibly tidy, well maintained and cared for (we even had a tornado that took out 4 neighbours roofs while our partially completed site stayed protected).
The attention to detail was impeccable, Andrew suggested and implemented numerous enhancements over and above the initial requirements to ensure the quality of work and finish was second to none.
The quality of workmanship was incredibly high and innovative – from the handmade stairs and bannisters to the doors and other finishes
We could not be happier with the work that has been completed for us, we have recommended Andrew to numerous people since – and bored some of our friends who unfortunately have not had such a successful an experience with their builds!
